Delivery

Occasionally, we may reuse/repurpose some of the packaging that comes to us in some of our deliveries in order to reduce wastage and to make use of the materials we have.

Delivery Costs

We currently offer delivery within the UK, with the choice of:

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery – Prices start at £2.50 for a large letter & £4.50 for a small parcel and are auto-calculated by weight of products you purchase.

DPD Express Delivery – Prices start at £8.00 depending on weight

We will always do our best to pack multiple items into the same parcel for you to reduce postage costs. If we find you have been overcharged for postage, we will refund the difference for you.

Local Collection

Free local collection is also available at checkout if you live in Herefordshire. Collection can be arranged by appointment from our HQ, The Shell Store, HR2 6SR. Please contact us at hello@fayewellonceramics.co.uk once you’ve placed your order and we can organise a collection time to suit.

Delivery Timescales

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us, generally, you should receive your item within 3-4 days for standard delivery, or 1-2 days for express delivery, however, we cannot guarantee this as it will largely depend on what pressures the postal system is under and any delays that are outside of our control.

Delivery Method

Mostly we use Royal Mail to dispatch our goods to you, however, larger/heavier items will arrive via DPD courier service.

Delivery Locations

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. For other locations, please contact us and we can quote you a postage price. Please be aware that many countries will charge an additional customs fee and we are unable to calculate what this will be.
