This Privacy Policy describes how and when Faye Wellon Ceramics collect, use and share information when you contact us, subscribe to our mailing list or place an order with us.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Squarespace, Royal Mail, other couriers or any other related sites and services.

Your Personal Information:

Faye Wellon Ceramics will collect your name, address, email, contact number (if provided) and details of your order (including any notes left and personalisation details). We require this information to process your order, contact you about (if necessary) and dispatch your order.  You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Mailing Lists:

If you wish to join the mailing list for Faye Wellon Ceramics, we require you to do this separately via the link at the bottom of our website home page. We have double opt-in confirmation in place to ensure you are entirely happy joining our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by pressing the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email.

When subscribing to our mailing list we collect personal information including your email address and name. We use this information to inform you about shop updates, upcoming events, sales and other news of interest. On occasions we may implement a re-permission program to ensure our mailing list subscribers still wish to receive mail from us.

Faye Wellon Ceramics use Send in Blue, a third-party provider, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter communication.
